What is a room?
A room is a private watch session. You create one with a click, share the link, and up to 3 other people can join your screen share. Rooms disappear when everyone leaves.
Do I need an account?
No. Linkside has no sign-up, no password, and no user database. A license key unlocks paid features on the device you activate it on.
What happens when my pass expires?
Your rooms go back to the free tier: 2 participants and a 5-minute relay trial. You can start a new pass at any time.
Is my screen recorded?
No. Linkside never records, archives, or stores screen-share content. Video and audio travel directly between browsers over WebRTC.
What if I hit the 2-participant limit?
The third person trying to join will see a room-full message. Upgrade to Week Pass or Month Pass to expand the room to 4 participants.
Can I buy another pass?
Yes. Week Pass gives 7-day access and Month Pass gives 30-day access. When a pass expires, you can buy another one from Lemon Squeezy.
